We experienced ice dams at our home in Cumberland Monday evening Feb 2nd. We called Mr Gutter Tuesday Feb 3 and had an appointment for Thursday Feb 5th. Mr Gutters team showed up on time and did a great job creating channels every 10 feet on a 2nd story roof and removing the existing snow behind the ice dams. I would highly recommend Mr Gutter.

I had my downspout connector disconnect from the gutter and the downspout, and it fell off. A few feet of the gutter also separated from the house and was hanging off. The crew came on schedule and fixed everything quickly. The gutter is secured to the house, the downspout connector is reattched to both the gutter and the downspout, and all looks good. Highly recommend Mr. Gutter Guards!
