Who we are

Mr. Gutter, Inc. is a family-owned gutter company serving Rhode Island and nearby Massachusetts, with locations in Smithfield, Narragansett and Providence, RI. You can reach us at (401) 274-3030 or (508) 399-7600.

Information you give us

• Estimate requests. Our estimate form is provided by Jobber, the scheduling and customer-management software we use. It collects the details you enter, such as your name, phone, email, property address, a description of the work and any photos you attach. Jobber processes this information for us under its own privacy policy.
• Calls, texts and emails. When you contact us directly, we keep the details needed to respond and do the job.

Information collected automatically

• Analytics. We use Google Analytics to understand how people use our website: pages visited, device and browser type, approximate location and how you arrived.
• Advertising measurement. If you arrive from an ad, our website keeps the ad's click identifier (such as a Google gclid) and campaign tags in your browser for up to 90 days and passes them along with an estimate request, so we can tell which advertising works. Google Ads may use cookies to measure conversions.
• Cookies and browser storage. These tools use cookies and similar browser storage. You can block or delete them in your browser settings; the website still works without them.

How we use information

• To respond to your request, prepare estimates and schedule and complete work.
• To contact you about your job, including letting you know the day before we come.
• To send occasional offers and seasonal reminders, only if you choose to receive them. Marketing messages are optional and never required to request service; you can opt out at any time.
• To measure and improve our website and advertising.

How we share it

We never sell your information. We share it only with service providers that help us run the business, such as Jobber (scheduling and customer management), our phone, text and email providers, Google (analytics and advertising measurement) and Cloudflare (website hosting and security), and only as needed to provide our services, or when required by law.

Your choices

• To see, correct or delete the information we hold about you, call (401) 274-3030 or (508) 399-7600.
• Reply STOP to any text message to stop texts, or use the unsubscribe link in any marketing email.
• Block or delete cookies in your browser, or opt out of Google ads personalization at Google's Ad Settings.

Children

Our website is meant for adults arranging work on their property. We don't knowingly collect information from children.
